We have an immediate vacancy for an ambitious and dynamic senior solicitor to join our team and to play a key role in growing and expanding our construction and commercial services.
This is an exciting opportunity for a solicitor to get involved in a practice at its early stages of growth and development.Whilst based in our London Office the candidate would be responsible for working with an expanding client base throughout the UK.
The successful candidate should have at least 5 years PQE within a strong private practice environment from a recognised firm/ practice with both a proven track record and significant experience in:
- Construction Law: both non-contentious but predominantly contentious construction matters, with experience in litigation, arbitration, adjudication, mediation, and winding up proceedings.
- Commercial Law.
Also required is:
- Good communication and organisation skills.
- A genuine interest in marketing/ business development.
- Ability to work in a team and autonomously.
- Genuine interest in and commitment to developing and promoting our practice and becoming a valued member of our team.
- Computer literate.
It is likely that the suitable candidate is currently a solicitor with a following looking to take the next step in their career path.
